We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns on the following for sanitary, health and safety reasons: Commodes, toilet, bath or shower items, injection aids, thermometers, urinals, briefs, incontinent products, cushions, pillows, massagers, supports, mattresses/covers, medical and diagnostic aids, test strips, glucose meters, and any other item that comes into direct contact with body or body fluids. In addition, we cannot accept returns on books, videotapes, DVDs, computer products, software, used items, and special/custom ordered items.
