General Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days. Prior to returning the item you MUST contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number. Sorry, but no returns can be accepted after 30 days from ship date. All returns must be returned to us via a traceable form of shipping (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) in new, resalable condition, contain all of the manufacturers’ original packaging accessories, warranties, instruction manuals, etc. As a precaution you may want to purchase shipping insurance – because we cannot be held responsible and will not be liable for damages incurred during the return of a shipment. Contact your shipper (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to find out how to properly protect the package being returned. You will be issued a refund less the shipping and handling charges for any returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any return shipping expense or charges that might be incurred.
