Cannot Sign in to Your Account

If you receive an error message during the sign-in process stating that your email address has not been found in our database or is an invalid email address, the first step is to make sure that you have entered your email address correctly. Another common reason for this happening is a changed email address. If you have changed your email address, it will need to be updated but first you will need to sign in to your account with your old email address. Once you sign in to your account, you will need to select "Update Your Account Information" and update old email address to your new one and then select "Update"
