To assist you with your order please review our policy, terms and conditions below:

Prices in HearMore.com online catalog are ONLY for orders placed via HearMore.com Website.

Orders: The minimum order $10.00. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, & Discover.
INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS: All orders must be prepaid, either by check, money order, or credit card.
Federal and State agencies may be billed. Terms of payment: Net 30 days. Return check fee: $20.00
• Purchase Voucher form must be filled out completely and ready for Hear-More signature.
• For out-of-stock items, please indicate what you would like Hear-More to do... (i.e.: No back orders, hold back order or extra days, etc.)
International Orders: All orders must be submitted in writing first, specifying mode of shipping desired. Upon receipt, we will send you an invoice indicating costs and shipping charges. All orders will be shipped F.O.B. Farmingdale, New York. Remittance must be made in U.S. currency, by draft payable on a New York bank only. NOTE: Customer is responsible for all freight charges, duties, tariffs and any other entry fees into their country associated with the shipment. Customer is also responsible for complying with any applicable local government regulations in their country. Hear-More will not be held liable for any shipment-related charges.
Standard Shipments: As part of our service to you, orders will be sent by UPS or USPS, to all states in the continental United States. For items returned not due to our error, shipping charges will be billed when reshipped. Additional shipping charges where indicated. For oversized and heavy items extra charges will be added. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Schedule.
Express Shipments: UPS Next-Day (business day), UPS 2nd-Day (2 business days), UPS 3rd-Day (3 business days) and Fed Ex delivery available for additional charge.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: Items are shipped 2nd Day UPS (2 business days) or Post Office at prevailing rates.
Handling Fees or Shipping: These fees are not credited or refunded. Additional shipping where indicated.
Sales Tax: New York State shipments are subject to County tax. Any organization claiming a tax exemption must supply a copy of your exempt organization certification or resale certificate.
Products: Hear-More reserves the right to make suitable similar substitutions without prior notice.
Prices: Prices in this catalog supercede all previous catalogs.
Discounts: Quantity discounts are available. Please call us for more information! Bids are accepted.
Free Catalog: Call for additional catalogs (Request FREE Catalog).
Damaged/Defective/Shortage: You must notify us immediately of any damage, defect or shortage, (within 72 hours). For a damaged/defective item you will be given return instructions. Once we have received the damaged/defective item back from you we will immediately ship to you a new unit. It is important that you hold all packaging materials for UPS inspection, which may be required.
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 30 days*. Prior to returning the item you MUST contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Request Form). Sorry but no returns can be accepted after 30 days from ship date. All returns must be returned to us via a traceable form of shipping (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) in new, resalable condition-containing (in New condition) all of the manufacturers' original packaging, accessories, warranties, instruction manuals, etc. As a precaution you may want to purchase shipping insurance - because we cannot be held responsible and will not be liable for damages incurred during the return of a shipment. Contact your shipper ( UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) to find out how to properly protect the package being returned. You will be issued a refund less the shipping and handling charges for any returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Select items are subject to 15% restocking fee upon return. We are not responsible for any return shipping expenses or charges that might be incurred.
Order Refusal: For any order that is refused by the recepient and is returned to Hear-More - the purchaser will be charged the shipping fee plus any fees associated with the returned package in addition to a 15% restocking fee.
Misdelivered/Redirected Packages: Purchaser is responsible for all associated fees that occur due to mistakes or changes given by the purchaser.
*Sorry, but we cannot accept returns on the following for sanitary, health and safety reasons; commode's, toilet, bath or shower items, injection aids, thermometers, urinals, briefs, incontinent products, cushions, pillows, massagers, supports, medical and diagnostic aids, test strips, glucose meters, and any other item that comes into direct contact with body or body fluids. In addition, we cannot accept returns on books, videotapes, DVD’s, computer products, software, novelty items, used items, rubber stamps, playing cards, games, flash cards and special/custom order items.
Please note that Hear-More is not responsible for typographical errors, photos, product availability, discontinuance of product by manufacturers or changes, in this catalog.
