*E-gift certificates are delivered via email. Once your credit card is approved and the funds have been made available to us, your e-gift certificate will be sent to your recipient.
*We reserve the right to hold any request for an e-gift certificate for security review.
*The e-gift certificate can only be used at HearMore.com, through our online ordering process. They cannot be used via phone, fax, e-mail or mail order.
*E-gift certificates will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
*E-gift certificates will not be exchangeable for cash, except where required by law.
*Only one e-gift certificate may be used per online order. An e-gift certificate cannot be combined on any online order with other electronic or paper gift certificates.
*An e-gift certificate cannot be used to purchase e-gift certificates.
*Credit card information is required when making payment with an e-gift certificate. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered e-gift certificate will need payment from the credit card to cover the payment due.
*Recipient can check e-gift certificate balance, via their account.
*Returns on merchandise purchased with a gift certificate may only receive a credit; no cash or credit card charges back. An in-house credit will be applied to the account belonging to the recipient for future use. All other standard return policies apply.
*No dormancy fees.
*E-gift certificates expire in 12 months. Does not apply in California, Connecticut, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, or Washington. Applies in New Hampshire only for e-gift certificates over $100.00. Expiration date does not apply in any other states where prohibited by law.
